Robert B. Steele

Mr. Steele joined Polycom in April of 2001 as vice president of Manufacturing. In his current role he is responsible for all aspects of worldwide manufacturing including new product introduction, manufacturing test and process technology development, supply chain management, product manufacturing, procurement, product fulfillment, and logistics. Mr. Steele is also responsible for Polycom's sales order management function.

Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Steele was vice president of Supply Base Management at iLogistix. He also held a variety of senior positions at Digital Equipment Corporation in their Personal Computer Systems Group, High Performance Systems Group and Terminal Manufacturing Group.

Mr. Steele received an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, and an M.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State College in Salem, MA.
