Polycom assists our partners in their VNOC operations through the Polycom Certified Immersive Telepresence VNOC Service Provider program. The program prepares each partner to deliver a world-class experience in support of Polycom's industry-leading immersive telepresence solutions.

Certified Immersive Telepresence VNOC Service Providers have exclusive access to telepresence technical product information and expertise. In addition, Advanced Certified Partners have achieved an advanced level of certification that includes additional benefits such as on-going Polycom VNOC program support, product management access, and advanced telepresence product support.
